..the man is a born liar .....when he claims a US law was passed illegally...he lies...or is the Supreme Court in partnership with Obama....in fact, almost every political thing he says is either a lie or the repug twisted story....and for that, he should ask us to forgive him......why don't he just tell the truth..the repugs will do anything to hold back the minorities and the poor so they can feast over their misery.....read what he says, research his claims -and then tell me I am wrong for calling him a liar....[/quote]
Allen- Obama promised a kickback on Medicaid costs to Sen. Ben Nelson of Nebraska, and a $300 million bribe to Sen. Mary Landrieu of Louisiana. Both illegal. The 29 changes he's made to Obamacare since it was passed? Also illegal. The President simply doesn't have the authority to unilaterally rewrite an established law. To quote numerous people: It's the law of the land.
Partnership with SCOTUS? I've never mentioned it, but now that you bring it up. The law was rewritten by a Supreme Court Justice so it would pass Constitutional muster. Never heard of a justice rewriting a law before. Funny, you'd think a man who taught Constitutional Law would know. Could it be possible that he didn't read the law? Or is he really just that incompetent.
How has Obama helped minorities? Black unemployment (12.1%) is about double the overall rate, and among young blacks it's even worse (in the twenties). And remember, those numbers don't count those who have simply given up. 73% of black children are born to unwed mothers, virtually condemning them to a life of poverty. More minorities live in poverty, and are on Food Stamps and welfare than ever before. The income gap between rich and poor is at an alltime high, and continues to accelerate under Obama. You yourself have said that Obama has deported at an all time high rate. Of course they just turn around and come back, but still.

I'm definitely excited about this season. I just saw a projection had the Giants only three games behind the Dodgers. That's not as good as projecting that the Giants would win the NL West, of course, but two teams that are truly within three games of each other could easily see their positions reverse over the course of the season. I'm not seeing the Giants' pitching bouncing all the way back to when the Giants could ride on its back, but pretty much all the key pitchers HAVE done it in the past. I think the hitting will be improved, with Pablo and Belt being keys. A strong rebound by Morse would be HUGE, and the Giants need Pence to stay the same and Buster to bounce back. The team lacks depth, so as last season proved, they need to stay healthy. But take the Giants' pitchers back to what each was in 2011, and suddenly the Giants have a team that should make opponents very nervous. I'll ask a question here. A bounce back from which player would help the Giants the most? I myself am going to go with Ryan Vogelsong, since he has the furthest to come back. If the Giants could have career average pitching from the first four starters and his average as a Giant from Vogelsong, the pitching could be OK. The bullpen hasn't been quite as good though either. Here are the career ERA's for the Giants' first four starters and the Giants' ERA for Vogelsong: Bumgarner 3.08 Cain 3.35 Hudson 3.44 Lincecum 3.46 Vogelsong 3.71 Most of the relievers have fared well as Giants too: Casilla 2.21 Lopez 2.26 Romo 2.27 Affeldt 2.86 I would take those same numbers from EACH of those guys. Allen- I'd take Pablo or Timmy as the necessary comeback. Both are capable of so much more. Outside of Cain, I'd be thrilled with these numbers from our pitchers. I think Matt could do a little better,

Allen- I'd take Pablo or Timmy as the necessary comeback. Both are capable of so much more. Rog -- Very good choices. Matt Cain himself wouldn't have been a bad one. Angel Pagan if he can stay healthy. Mike Morse. The reason I chose Ryan was that, as you said about Pablo and Tim, he's capable of so much more. I don't think many realize just how fine a pitcher Matt was in his first season with the Giants and the first three-quarters of his second. Over those 322 innings, he posted a spectacular 2.51 ERA and went 24-14. Only Justin Verlander (2.44) had a better ERA -- and even that wasn't by much. Ryan was in very elite company. Unfortunately, he season and a quarter since haven't been good; haven't been good at all. Which is why a return to his season and three-quarters form by Ryan might help the Giants more than any other player's return to form. I'm not sure why we don't hear about how excellently CONSISTENT Ryan was over that season and three-quarters. Don, you can put your hands over your ears and scream all you want. It's still illegal for a President to buy votes or bribe Congressmen.. Always has been. Unwed pregnancies are not going down, especially among minorities. Obama could and should be at least attempting to do something about this, but he's trying to get more people on food stamps. Treating the symptom instead of the disease. This is what Obama does. He gets votes by putting people In such dire circumstances that they are dependent on the govt for sustenance. He then makes them think that the Republicans will take away their free stuff. He gets money by lining the pockets of the rich with globalization policies that make them money. He panders to a base that is so brainwashed and uninformed that they actually believe what he says, even after over five years of almost constant lies. Anyone with eyes, ears, and half a brain would realizethis. Case in point. His answer to massive entitlement s, unemployment, and poverty is to convince people and incentivise them through his policies to work less. Wow! And the libs are not only stupid enough to take this seriously, but they believe in it.

Unemployment is worse than it was under Bush. What's changed is the way they are counted. Obama doesn't count those that have given up. The actual current rate is somewhere north of 11%. Obama deports these guys so you simpletons will believe he's actually doing something. He keeps an open border so they can come back in and vote. Ergo, his passionate disdain for voter ID laws.

Republicans are saying no to work bills?! Coal plants, drilling and fracking, Keystone pipeline. Lowering corporate tax rates to make the US more business friendly. Sorry Don, swing and a miss. Republicans are for all those things. Job killer Obama is against them. Work less and pursue your passion. As long as your passion is being poor and dependent on others to pay your way.

It would depend on the subject. Don,you're bigoted against anyone who disagrees with you. Problem is, you're so brainwashed and uninformed, you can't compile an intelligent argument. So instead you resort to juvenile name calling, which makes it hard to take you seriously. You should do some serious research and actually try to tackle the issues.

Two things Don. One, when I read your post, I picture you with your hands over your ears screaming and stomping your feet.
Two, I'm struck by how much you sound like Barack. Making excuses, pointing fingers, blaming everyone else for his own mistakes. You think that if you call a bribe something else, it's not a bribe. Sorry, that might work on liberals, but not on intelligent people who live in the real world. Hint: Man-made disasters are still terrorist attacks. Obama's legacy is a start to finish cavalcade of epic failure, both foreign and domestic. Come to think of it, Obamacare could also be called a manmade disaster.

Interesting that you blame right wingers for the 73% unwed pregnancy among blacks. More paternalistic racism. You think blacks are too stupid to understand birth control, or what causes pregnancy. They need the government to guide them through. If I were looking for guidance and leadership on any matter, the Obama administration is the last place I'd look.
Obama was supposed to fix the recession immediately? Uh, Don? We're over five years in now. Unless you're among the very rich, he's only making things worse. What it's come too now is whether the country can survive the Obama Presidency, and how long it will take to undo all the damage he's caused.

Don, I'm not your friend. I go for a little more iintelligence and civility.
The stat is for black women, not women overall. Part of interpreting data is being able to read said data.
Nice to see you admit to not knowing about the tea party. Doesn't prevent you from throwing their name around in a derogatory fashion though, does it.
I've never.blamed a black politician for anything, certainly not because they're black. One more time Don. OBAMA'S NOT BLACK!
Obama's an abysmal, incompetent failure. He couldn't have done anymore damage to this country if he had been trying, which he may be.
Our economy sucks, but Iran's is booming. He's giving Karzai billions, as well as Pakistan. Americans? Let them suffer.
He acts as if the Presidency is an annoying distraction from his job as a radical activist. The Constitution a bothersome obstacle. It will take alot longer than eight years to flush the toxicity of Obama from our system.

If you can't afford birth control, you sure can't afford a baby.
Given Obama's record, why wouldn't they say no. I'd say no the second he walked in the room.
Part time, low paying, unbenefitted jobs don't really help. Try paying a mortgage working 20 hrs/ wk at McDonald's.The jobs situation is so dire, they're encouraging people not to work. Food stamps are off the charts, as is welfare. Unemployment is now a career.
Why do you think businesses are sitting on the sidelines until Obama leaves?

Debt? Alot easier to double or triple two than 15. Stock market? Seriously, Don, seriously? Rich getting richer while the poor suffer. What happens when they stop printing $75 billion/month?
Median income? 1980s levels. 91 million people that could be working but aren't.

I'm getting the impression that the only reason you like Obama is because you think he's black. That can't be right can it?
Didn't Obama call Afghanistan the right anc just war? Outside of making Karzai extremely wealthy, what has he done there?
Obama also said that he would never rule by Presidential fiat.

More fun with Obama and Obamacare.
Seems people with pre-existing conditions such as lupus or MS, may find themselves the victims of something called a closed drug formulary. The very expensive drugs they must have are not covered by their Obamacare policy, so they must pay out of pocket, and the cost doesn't count against their deductible. Whoopsy, another oopsy.
Additionally he wants to prohibit business owners from laying off workers due to Obamacare. They must sign an IRS form stating under penalty of perjury, that they won't lay off people, or say they are. Their options? Take a business crippling loss, or face the wrath of the Obama gestapo, the IRS. Seems a tad intrusive to me, and of course, illegal. Here's another one. Seems Obama, on his second day of office, Big Shot Barack was ready to flex his muscles. He was all set to sign an executive order to close Gitmo. He picks up the pen and gets ready to write his name when something occurs to him. "We have somewhere to put these people, don't we?" You can just see the other people in the room turn to each other and say "Uh-oh". Supposedly this episode is on YouTube.
