Two scary things about another Obama term. 1) He won't have to worry about getting re-elected. 2) The ruling on Obamacare allows him to use taxes as a punitive measure or to modify behavior he doesn't like. dk...you mean that part of Obama care that Romney invented and the Repugs insisted it had to be in the bill. Allen- Well, actually no. I can't believe I have to explain this to a full grown adult. What Obama wanted to falsely call a mandate was ruled a tax by the Supreme Court. You remember that, right? This sets a dangerous precedent (especially in the hands of someone as unscrupulous as Obama) of using taxes as a punitive measure (as it does in Obamacare) and using taxes as a means of behavior modification. For example, say one of Obama's cronies gets a govt. loan to make some sort of product. Obama can now legally tax you if you don't purchase said product. ....you are really pathetic... Allen- Ah, just soaking in that liberal tolerance and civility. I would count as pathetic someone who can't make an argument without name calling. ..are you really that uniinformed? Allen, This, from you?

Obama is a basketball fan Allen- Obama is a fan of whomever and whatever he thinks will get him votes. Let's not try to pretend the man has any principles or integrity.

Uh, the point I made Don. If it's a tax, it sets a legal precedent for the government to tax you if you don't purchase something they want you to buy. I made it pretty simple for you before, but I guess not simple enough, so I'll try again. Say one of Obama's cronies decides to go into the solar panel game. Obama decides that everyone should have solar panels. You don't want or can't afford solar panels. Obama can now tax you if you don't buy them. Obamacare set the precedent. Going through Congress has been done away with as well, or didn't you hear about the law (passed as an executive order solely by Obama) that allows illegal immigrants that were brought here by their parents to stay in the country and apply for jobs. I would have thought that this would have been celebrated on the liberal "news" channels since it harms American citizens.

I wonder if anybody has heard about the all-new LAWesome coin? (the site is not up yet) It is due to be released soon. Apparently, it is a cryptocurrency that is being supported by the legal industry and lots of law firms will be behind it. I am incredibly keen to pick up a couple of coins in the course of the air drop and potentially purchase some at the time of the ICO. Nonetheless, there are not many particulars on this coin as of yet and I am striving to get a head start. Would be grateful if anybody could share some intel with me. Thanks
