game 3 Evaluation Part II

Three games is way too early to come to or jump to any conclusions.

But from what I saw, ONCE AGAIN, this team was not ready to play when the season started.

They weren't.

At the plate they looked like they were sleep walking.

And I know the Yankees have a POWERFUL line up, but other than the HR Donaldson hit, which was down and in, the rest of the HRs came because our pitchers caught too much of the plate.

I know it takes time to get things going, and pitchers do not get enough ST innings... but if the Yankee pitchers could be sharp, and they were, why weren't ours?

Again, 3 game is way too early to draw conclusions, but not being ready for the season... well, that concerns me because I really believe we have a team that can win close to 90 games.

How do you think they will win 90 games? I’m estimating.500 or 81 wins

I like the pitching staff, Even though right now I'm not real happy with Ross stripling. I like the back end of our bullpen, and I like the power the team has.

My guess is between 87 and 90 wins

I have a feeling the defense is going to drag the team down like last year and it wasn’t addressed.
