Over the years I've posted many times under this moniker.
And with the season about to begin, I thought I'd put in my two cents on what I'd do with our 6 starters.
In the early going, and until our pitchers sort themselves out, other than Webb I would piggy back the other 5 guys.
In April I would do as Kapler is doing; open with Webb.
In game 2, I'd go with Stripling (since they say Cobb won't be ready) and Manea, Stripling going 4 or 5, and then finish up with Manea or the bullpen if necessary.
In game 3 it would be DesClafani and Wood or preferably Cobb, if he's healthy.
I would use Wood as the long man or swing starter.
I would repeat this process through April, and maybe into May waiting for the pitcher's performance to tell ME who deserved to be in the 5 man rotation and who didn't.
Personally, if and when they sort themselves out, I'm hoping for:
Webb Cobb Manea Stripling DecClafani
Junis would only be in games in a relief capacity.
For him, I look at his track record; pretty good out of the pen, not so good as a starter.
Besides, I believe his stuff, and Wood's stuff play better out of the pen.
Bottom line: I MUST get all of them innings to get ready for the long haul.
Just my thoughts

That is supposed to be the plan but Hjelle pitched well enough this spring that talent wise he probably passed Wood and Junis, which is a good thing. Wood’s effectiveness is best the first time through a lineup so he shouldn’t be a normal starter.

Which is the reason I want wood as the long man in the pen. Once... maybe twice through the order, or maybe a guy you bring in in the middle innings who can get both lefties and righties out.
