Well, with the 2nd half opening today, I'm more than a little curious about which group of guys show up for the second half.
The bunch from the last nine games? Or the fumbling, bumbling crowd from the previous 20+?
2018 is still too fresh in my mind. Much too fresh!
I'm wax and wane on which way I'm leaning, but I pray it's not the 2nd group I've listed above/

Well, at least For the 1st 3 innings, my question has been answered somebody these guys did not come ready to play.
In the 1st 3 innings, I saw 7 hanging sliders that hitters either took either either took missed or fouled off.
I lost count of the number of times our headers fouled off pitches that were unhittable. In particular Brandon belt, and Lamont wade.
We sent a pitcher out there coming off a blister and a split nail, and understandably he got hammered.
To me, this is just one more example of how our manager has no idea what he's doing when it comes to the pitching staff.
If you have ever had a blister on your throwing finger, you know it does not go away in four or five days.
And don't even get me started on Luis Gonzalez losing a ball in the high sky. I haven't seen that in a long long time.
We can't square up a ball against the guy on the mound that throws a dead straight fastball and hangs curveballs.
So I asked the question which team would we see, the team from the last night or the previous 20 plus.
After three innings, my question is answered. The previous 20 plus
