Finally got to see an at bat from Buster, in the May 20th route of Cleveland.
That was the Posey I remember; free and easy hips snapping open through the swing.
We need a healthy Buster, and that swing really pointed out to me of how UN healthy he was last year.

Unfortunately his repaired hips havent improved his speed...he still runs like he's pushing a blocking sled

It's Spring Training, Randy. He's coming off a surgery, I'm sure he's not running as hard as he can. I doubt he is noticeably faster because of the surgery, but I don't think we can assess the result of that surgery just yet. My guess is he's been instructed to take it easy.

i hope you're right boagie...the shortstop tripped, got up, dusted himself off, read the writing on thhe ball and still threw Buster out easily
