I'm curious as to which five aspects of pitching we would each emphasize if we were working with pitchers. I'm not speaking mechanics here, but five "rules" of pitching effectively. Boly is probably the only one of us who HAS worked extensively with pitchers, but I'm sure each of us has ideas as to what he would teach.
I'm not looking for anything revolutionary. Just good baseball instructions such as Mike Krukow might mention if he were addressing a staff of college pitchers.

I'm even more curious as to why when I ask questions that are even the slightest in-depth with regard to the game, most of the time no one comments. You guys talk about how if one hasn't played the game at a relatively high level, he can't understand it, yet whenever questions come up regarding the details of the game, you so often go mute.
Randy, you have told us you were a pitcher. What is your difficulty here?
