dk...today's LA Times shows a top view of Kershaw's delivery...he has completed his stride with the ball still in his hand and his arm drawn back...and would you believe, his pivot foot is 18" in front of the rubber...baseball should investigate...hire Mueller....get Kershaw twitting 3 in the morning....

After investigation, Kershaw's spring ERA was 0.00 in something like 21 innings. To further enhance his image, he needs to move his spring stats to the fall.

Who's the pundit that said "The flowers that bloom in the Spring...Tra-La"?
But Blach vs Kershaw...yikes. Except that Blach has a 2.23 ERA vs. the Dodgers. And he has faced Kershaw twice, winning 3-0 in 2016 and losing 1-2 last year. Expect plenty of right handers vs Kershaw, though he handles both sides equally. And a slow start for both teams in a 6:00 pm game. Shadows galore.
The usual crowd wont settle until 7PM, and leave after the 7th inning.

He's limited left-handed hitters to a .551 OPS, but he's been nearly as effective against right-handers, limiting them to a slightly better .572. The team that should load up on right-handed hitters is the Dodgers. Ty's .566 OPS to left-handed hitters is right there with Kershaw. But right-handed hitters have belted him to the tune of .809. Ty and the Giants get a bit of a break with Justin Turner out. Read more: sfgiantsmessageboard.proboards.com/thread/4364/kershaw#ixzz5AughDYQE
