Chris Berman was a guest coach in the Giants dugout the last couple of days and he got to spend some time during the broadcast talking to Kruk and Kuip. He dropped a lot of his famous nicknames but my favorite was Joey "the cask of" Amalifitano.

I don't know what that means, but some of my favorites have been:
John the Count of Montefusco
Pete the Maltese Falcone
Jim Singles Barr
Wayne Totally Gross
A nickname he gave a friend of mine at a fantasy camp: Al Yankee Doodle Gandy
Jim Two Silhouettes on DeShais
I'm not a huge fan of his announcing, but he's really good with the nicknames, and anyone who's a Giants fan can't be all bad.

.My favorite non-Berman nickname--my favorite baseball nickname ever--is Sal the Barber Maglie
