Last night was the first time in the 2nd half that I've seen "our Giants."
That is, the Giant team we are accustomed to.
The team that scraps and fights and claws and finds a way to win even in the face of poor odds.
That, for me, and Pagan expressed the same sentiment, was a very satisfying win.
One we haven't had in a long time.
Can/will that continue?
My fingers are crossed, but based upon our play over all in the 2nd half... it's really hard to be confident.
Still, this team has had it back up against the wall before and responded in an outstanding manner.
At least with Time Warner relenting, I'll get to see the games.

If the bullpen, especially Romo and Smith and Law, can give us solid performance, unlike we've seen most of the last 3 months, the playoffs might not be as embarrassing as I thought. The offense is still a question. If Nunez can't get healthy, I agree with those calling for more Kelby at third, perhaps platooning with Gillaspie.
By the way, Hunter Pence's hair just him an audition for the role of Kramer in a revival of Seinfeld.

I totally agree, Randy.
And Pence does work in the role!
