First, is the East Coast truly biased, or are geography and time zones to blame for much if not most of the "bias" that exists?
Dood - The two are not mutually exclusive. Geography and time zones can add to or feed the bias, but that does not mean a bias does not exist. I think what we are looking at here is what is the degree to which east coast bias exists. I think arguments can be made on either end about this but it seems to be a case where niether side will ever make much headway convincing the other to lessen its opinion on the degree of east coast bias out there.

Dood - with all due respect to Boly--and I do believe I've given that to him on this thread (at least I have tried and meant to)--there are certain things that he is not only slow to change his mind on, regardless of evidence shown to him, but he absolutely will flat refuse to change his mind at any time about. That said, I still love our exchanges and I'd never change anything about him because, well, it's just Boly being Boly ---boly says--- Randy, you've been very respectful, and you do have me pegged right. There are some things I'm either slow to accept, or to accept at all. I tend to be very black and white. It is also true, as with Boagie's post about Bochy, when I feel the evidence is overwhelming, and my position is in defenseable... I cannot be a hypocrite, or just stupidly stubborn, and thus, will change my mind. Bottom line about me is this; I want to be honest, fair, and honroable in every aspect of my life. boly
