Ok, so we do this every year to an extent, but this year I've set up the boards so we can easily access the predictions after the season is over and see who's closest.
American League:
West-
Angels A's * Mariners Rangers Astros
Central-
Tigers Royals Indians White Sox Twins
East-
Blue Jays Orioles * Red Sox Yankees Devil Rays
National League:
West-
Giants Dodgers * Rockies Diamondbacks Padres
Central-
Reds Brewers Cardinals Pirates Cubs
East-

The asterisk represents the wild card teams.

I'll admit I don't know enough about the other teams to make an informed prediction, but I will make just one:
The Nationals will NOT be a wild card team. They'll win the NL East and quite possibly do so easily. Look for them to once again lead the league in wins, despite AL East competition from the Braves. Youngsters Bryce Harper and Stephen Strasburg will form the top duo of youngsters of any team in the league.
The Braves should score a ton of runs, but look for the all-around play of young shortstop Andrelton Simmons.
I'm feeling good about the Giants, although I have no idea what to make out of Tim Lincecum's outing last night. Or maybe I do. And if so, it's not positive.
I hate to pick on Hunter Pence, since I just love the guy, but it was inexcusable to lose a ball in the sun with his shades on his hat, and he should have had the double into right-center last night.
That homer, though, does give us some insight into the wonderful power he can generate into right-center himself. And has anyone in baseball EVER been such a great head-to-toe hitter as Pablo Sandoval?
As for the Giants' offense, it should score a ton of runs once they switch Buster Posey and Brandon Crawford in the order. I am shocked the Giants haven't seen this before.

If the Braves get pitching, they'll be right there. Losing Venters will hurt them though. If Uggla and McCann have good years, they'll be tough to beat.
I notice that I moved the Red Sox to the NL East. Actually I meant them for last in the AL East. It may be the Yankees though. Looks like it's going to be a long year in the Bronx. Miami looks like there going to be in trouble too.

Can't really disagree with much you guys are saying. But, the Uptons are very questionable. Together they might create a lot of tension in the clubhouse if they aren't playing up to their potential. Both together are a huge risk for the Braves.

Looking back on my preseason predictions after one month, I notice I got the AL East exactly backwards, from top to bottom. I did have the Braves over Washington, which has panned out so far. I also predicted that RA Dickey would not do well with Toronto, and certainly wouldn't be worth what they paid for him. Dickey went six innings today, giving up seven earnies and three homers. The Jays are losing to Seattle, 7-0. If the M's go on to win, Dickey will be 2-5, 5.36.

Your prediction regarding R.A. Dickey has thus far been a good one, Allen. Knuckle ballers are very hard to judge going forward, since there isn't much of a sample to go on. But I saw no reason why Dickey -- who had been quite good for three years -- should decline. Thus far though, he has. (Of course, so have Matt Cain and Ryan Vogelsong in similar fashion.)
As for the Braves, I predicted them as a Wild Card, but I certainly didn't think they would be leading. The Nationals have so much talent. I worried a bit about Adam LaRoche, but I didn't think he would pull an Aubrey Huff (or worse). Thus far, the Nationals would have been holding on to Morris and letting LaRoche go elsewhere.
I will say that Bryce Harper has certainly been as advertised.
