I missed one post, so this is rambling about a lot of things in the last 2 games.
Crawford. Holy cow! that guy is still pickin' them!
Lincecum... last night, we got to see a lot of the Old Timmy. Nice to see him back!
No one wants to pitch to Buster... And I can't blame them. Not with the human windmill hitting behind him. a lot easier to get a guy out when he chases any pitch on the planet, 95 RBIS or not.
Scrappy-Do is now over .300. THAT is quite an accomplishment!
Nady is proving to be more valuable than I ever imagined.
Sanchez- Just when he looks like he couldn't hit wind if it was blowing 100 MPH, he starts smacking the ball around. Nicely done!
We lead the league in triples and SF. Wow! Has this team come a long... long way!
Nice chemistry!
The Magic number is 7... and it was just announced that Kershaw's season ISN'T over for surgery.
Not that it matters, because I really have a hard time imagining them even making the playoffs.

It finally dawned on me that had the Giants' recent road and home records been reversed, we would have been delighted with the home mark and not concerned about the away record.
And the Giants, aided by a weak schedule, have now won 23 of their last 25.
Regarding Scutaro and Pence, because of their being traded and the vagaries of the schedule, each has a chance to play more than 162 games this season. Hunter has the potential to play in 165, and Marco could reach 163.
Marco has been a godsend, and very likely is the trade acquisition throughout the league who has added the most value above expectations. Hunter has been very erratic, but his 36 RBI's in just 45 games shows he has been far more than a flop. That's about a 130 RBI pace over 162 games.
Jose Mijares has been a very nice piece since being acquired on waivers. Brian Sabean has continued his tradition of adding important pieces around the trade deadline, many of them low-profile acquisitions that went almost unnoticed.
This seems very strange given the post-Bonds past, but if not for the Melky Cabrera situation, the Giants might be considered something approaching an offensive juggernaut.
